Don stands outside this Pine Creek Estates home in Mount Vernon ready for a home inspection to begin. Rick Bunzel with Pacific Crest Inspections did a very thorough job of this new construction home.

Don said, “It started out overcast, but turned into another beautiful Skagit Valley day – especially for an inspection of the buyer’s new home. Rick was very well versed in new construction, and both the buyers and I were pleased with his work.”
