When we aren’t out looking for new homes for our buyers, we take time to get out and enjoy all the beauty of Skagit and surrounding areas. Here are a few recent pictures from our adventures:

Talking Field No.3 by Browns Slough on Fir Island.  Don’t forget – you will need your Discover Pass to park! Great trail along the marshlands to view all kinds of birds such as snow geese, swans, great blue herons and many more.

The Swinomish Slough trail just south of Hwy 20 on the Padilla flats south of the Casino. Flat easy trail along the slough with many birds and boats to watch.

Roadside pullout along the Mt Baker Hwy 542 east of Glacier, WA.  Road follows along the Nooksack River through some amazing old growth forest blanketed in moss and fog!

Lookout atop Mt. Erie on Fidalgo Island. Don’t miss this! (See Don’s blog about Mt. Erie HERE) Looking south across Campbell Lake and the inside passage along Whidbey Island.  Many trails here part of the Anacortes Forestland network.

Sunrise in the fog along Best Road overlooking Skagit Valley.
